require us to charge a minimum $7.00 for shipping internet orders containing Escort,
Passport or Beltronics products, regardless of the price of the products.

Many of our products including Valentine, Blinder, Cheetah, Radar Laser combo systems and PROWLER Remote Systems,
ship with FREE FedEx Ground Shipping to the continental USA (not including Alaska or Hawaii) for online orders over $375.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
www.1stRadarDetectors.com provides a 12 month warranty from purchase date on products purchased from 1stRadarDetectors.com.
Some products may offer longer warranties, which are supported by 1stRadarDetectors.com. We reserve the right
to repair defective products under warranty, if product is received from the customer during the warranty period,
or replace the product with a new product at our discretion.
RETURN, REFUND and EXCHANGE POLICY
UNDAMAGED RETAIL PRODUCT RETURNED IN AN
UNOPENED BOX within 7 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT DATE will be refunded the purchase cost
noted on the product purchase receipt, less a 3.5% handling cost to inventory and restock; less the shipping costs our company
paid to ship the product to the customer, even if the customer did not pay for the shipping.
Products returned after 30 days of original ship date will not be refunded and will be returned to your address.
Customers returning a product which has been opened and damaged in any way will not be refunded the purchase price or
shipping charges. The product shall be posted back to the customer.
RETAIL PRODUCTS RETURNED IN AN OPENED BOX within 7 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT DATE will be refunded the purchase cost noted
on the product purchase receipt, less a 10% handling cost to inventory and restock; less the shipping costs our company paid
to ship the product to the customer even if the customer did not pay for the shipping.
Customers who wish to return their unopened product and exchange it for a different product must pay for
shipping back to 1stRadarDetectors.com. If the difference in cost is more than the original product purchase,
1stRadarDetectors.com will bill your credit card for the additional cost, plus shipping. If the difference in
cost is less than the original product purchase, 1stRadarDetectors.com will refund the difference to your credit
card, less shipping costs.
1stRadarDetectors.com is not responsible for your shipping costs to return a product. It is the Customer's
responsibility to package a return product to prevent damage during the entire ship return process. If you verify
the product is neat prior to return ship to our company, but fail to package it properly to prevent damage during
shipment, the Customer is responsible for any damaged products returned to our company. Customer is responsible
for providing tracking and signature receipt to 1stRadarDetectors.com for returned products. Customer
is responsible for any damages to the products during shipment to 1stRadarDetectors.com.
Original (or legible copy) of purchase receipt must be provided with any return, stating name of product being
returned & the date of purchase of the returned product. The receipt must indicate the product was purchased
directly from 1stRadarDetectors.com.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
DID YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
Retail Customers, who receive a damaged package must contact the shipping company that delivered the product to you to file a Damaged Product complaint.
